Thanks for sharing this with us, Lori!! I love to read and am definitely going to find my husband’s credit card (shhh) and get myself a copy!! Tell us more, Lori. You write quite a few different kinds of books. Is there a type of book you’ve always wanted to write, but couldn’t? And why?
I want to know more about ebooks. I must be old fashioned, but I like to hold a book in my hands. What are the benefits of having this type, compared to a print copy? Can you explain it to an old dog like me? Do you have to sit in front of a computer to read it? If so…….I’d be blind!!Â
Thanks again, and keep talking. Whatever you want to share – we want to hear. That’s what we’re here for!Â

Bonnie,
I also love to take that book with me. I’m a commuter, so the book has to be in print to travel with me. I read everywhere, even while waiting for the train.
I like a variety of genres, and write in several including sci fi, mainstream, children’s books, contemporary romance, historical romance, and suspense. The only genre I haven’t been able to write in, is erotica. I think it’s a specialized field and those who do it well should be congratulated. It’s hard (all puns intended) to maintain that kind of physical attraction tension. I know several erotica authors, and I’m reading my very first – yep, you heard it here – my very first erotica book by Rachel Carrington. I also saw one that I liked by Lisa Renee Jones! Last year, I read my very first paranormal too so I’m branching out and just lovin’ all the exciting new genres!
Typically, I read a lot of Sci Fi, including DUNE, LOTR, and Orson Scott Card.

Oh they have readers you can download e-books on and take with you!
Its so cool.
I have one of those! I can even work it! LOL Ebook readers are great. Mine’s the size of a pocket calculator, which has its pros and cons. I’m nearsighted so that’s fine. My mom wouldn’t be able to see a thing.
