Okay I’m checking to see how many of you took time out of your busy day for Me Time? I hope you did.
Those who took some time, relaxed with a good book or a magazine. Watched a program they never have time for. Just contemplated with a cup of coffee, or this evening a glass of wine. Did you feel better? Did it recharge your batteries? I can guarantee if you do at least 30 minutes a day of Me Time whether you split it up or do it in one block you’ll be rewarded for it.
Good luck, and I’m signing off for the day!

Yeah, I took some me time last night before I fell asleep. I climbed into bed and read a chapter of one of the books I’m currently reading. It helped me relax and fall asleep when I was done.
