Hi Coffee Time Blog Readers! This is my first time posting as an official Coffee House author, but I’ve joined the fun in quite a few Book Brew events. One of my favorite drinks is a good Cappuccino, but caffeine makes me jittery so I’m usually stuck with decaf.  I’m still a newbie author, so I only have 5 works published thus far–all romances, split between sci-fi, fantasy, and contemporary. I have three more manuscripts under contract, so you’ll probably hear from me again in the not too distant future. In general, I keep my stories lighthearted and aim for a few laughs, a handful of clever twists, and a scorching happily ever after.

I wrote this story after my own not-so-delicious delay in the Middle East. I set out to write something funny, sexy, and set entirely in an airport lounge.
