You will notice a theme to my selections this time around. Not only are they historical (as requested), but they involve hot Scottish men! Hannah Howell’s Highland series follows the Murray clan (and their extended relations) during a period when men were chivalrous and would fight for the woman they loved. I just cannot stop reading her books. There is romance, and passion between stubborn women and hard headed men. These are stories where the men can wield a sword and their women right along side them. I enjoy a book where the heroine is a strong and determined woman. And a man in a kilt… whew… it’s hard to resist them!
