LOL I started thinking, some of you (ok many of you) might not know who the heck I am. Sorry, I should have probably started with this post, but hey – hindsight and all that. : )
I’m a romance/erotic romance/erotica writer. I’ve been published in e-book format with Phaze, Whiskey Creek Press Torrid, and Renaissance E Books. I have also had stories in about a dozen or so print anthologies with Cleis Press, Alyson Books, and Pretty Things Press.
I write everything from short and sweet stories, to hot and kinky novellas, dealing with a broad range of themes such as BDSM, vampires, shifters/were-creatures, contemporary settings, Greco-Roman gods, second chances at love, alternate realities, Celtic folklore, and more. I’ve explored various sexualities (M/F, M/M, F/F, M/M/F, and F/F/M). Basically, I’ve written whatever I have been moved to write. LOL
I have a website – www.michellehouston.com that I designed and update myself. I also have a blog – http://eroticpen.blogspot.com and a news groups http://groups.yahoo.com/group/michellehouston/
I’m a non-traditional college student, working on a Biology Education degree, with certification to also teach Earth Science, Chemistry and Physics. (I.E. I’m nuts! LOL)
I’m married to a wonderful man, and we have a ten year old daughter.
I’m a Saggitarius. I was born in the year of the Horse. (In case you follow those things).
Beyond that, I am a very ordinary woman with an insatiable need to write. : )
If you have any questions about me, my writings, etc … feel free to ask.

Born to ride on the back of dragons, to journey among the stars in a ship traveling faster than light, or to dance the night away in the arms of a mysterious vampire, Michelle Houston willingly shares the worlds in her mind in an effort to bring them to life.
Writing everything from short and sweet stories, to hot and spicy tales of kink, from contemporary tales of romance to erotic romances featuring Greek Gods, vampires and were-creatures, she has crossed sexualities and has gone wherever her mental muse has guided her. A journey she has never regretted.
With stories either out, or coming out soon, from Renaissance E Books, Phaze, Whiskey Creek Press Torrid, Cleis Press, Alyson Books, and Pretty Things Press, to name a few, she has many more stories just waiting for their chance to be told.
😈 HI CHELLE!
I STARTED READING ROMANCE WAAAAAAAAAAAAY BACK WHEN I WAS 18 AND GOT BURNT OUT WITH HARLEQUIN ENGLISH AUTHORS.
Linda, I can understand the burn out. I can’t read that many at once without needing to read something else. But they can be fun. I have found it stirs my creative juices to sit and think about what is going on between the characters that the author didn’t show. 😀
Who knew, the uptight manor owner has a dungeon in the basement where he ties the poor lost American heroine up and does delicious things to her body. 😆
