I’m back!
This time I’ve got an excerpt from No Glass Between Them, my newest short out now:
The lights dimmed and subtle strobe lights came on. Contessa’s slow sultry music started.
Alyce stepped up to the glass to watch every nuance of her entrance. As usual, Contessa hugged the doorway, raising a leg and letting the fabric fall away. Tonight, she pushed it away with a hand, showing off a creamy white thigh.
Contessa’s skin was unblemished. Unimaginably beautiful. The sight never failed to make Alyce’s mouth water for a taste.
Next, the woman did a slinky walk to the stripper bar, wrapped a hand around it, and did a slow spin. As she bent her knees her head fell back and she pushed her breasts out in offering. The fabric almost fell away…
Alyce stepped closer to the window, her breath fogging it already. Paper towels. Shit. She dug in the bag and brought one out, cursing herself for missing even a second of the show. She wiped off the glass and stood mesmerized, as Contessa pressed her back to the bar, arched it, and swept her hands up and down her torso.
She willed those hands to linger, or to open the thin flowery silk robe and let loose her full beauty. But Contessa was a real tease tonight, taking her time warming up the crowd.
“She doesn’t need to warm up me,†she snorted, wiping off the glass again.
The woman slipped a hand between her thighs, making as if she were petting herself. A deafening pounding started in the stalls. The men always did that, they were such an impatient lot. They didn’t know how to wait, how to savor. Alyce rolled her eyes at the bunch of them. Louts.
The pounding continued as Contessa opened her legs, held onto the bar and squatted, showing off a bright red thong. Alyce would bet she wore no matching bra from the way her full breasts swayed under the fabric. Desire pierced her gut, and she pressed herself against the one-way-glass not caring when it had last been cleaned. All she wanted was to be closer to the most gorgeous woman she’d ever laid eyes on.
