What better author to talk about for this month than Kim Harrison, author of the Hollows books? She writes about Rachel Morgan who is a witch, her friend, roommate and business partner, Ivy, who is a vampire and Jenks, their partner who is a fairy. When she throws in a few demons, elves and weres to liven things up, the party really get hoppin’!
The Hollows is set in what used to be Cincinnati, Ohio. So, it is a world people are somewhat familiar with. There is just more supernatural stuff going on out in the open now. There are 7 books in this series so far, but I am hoping for another one real soon! There is never a dull moment with this trio plus their friends (and enemies).
